  Roman was super accommodating and helpful. This was my first time renting with Spokeo, and for anyone else considering the service, I would totally encourage you to reach out. He patiently answered all my questions and happily worked around my busy schedule for pick-up and drop-off — I was in town for a work event, so my window was limited. The bike was in great condition, and he has a full stable, so it should be easy to meet your needs with pretty much anything he has. Would definitely rent from him again, the Orca is really light and a great option for tackling those brutal Seattle hills.

  Great bike and great experience. Roman thoughtfully sent me a list of his favorite rides, and was very communicative. And the bike was well-maintained and in excellent condition.

• Absolutely Fantastic! Roman rents his favorite bike??!! What an absolute Basque beauty! My wife calls my bike at home my mistress, so this was my affair! Roman is flexible and was happy to make himself available for pickup and even to arrange for a late dropoff that I couldn't take advantage of to see a friend. He is also a cyclist and has great ideas for rides. The bike has lights, and we swapped the pedals for my SPDs. I hope that if I get back to Seattle on a work trip soon that it works out so that I can rent from him again.
